Santa Cecilia residence-hotel offers a range of apartments in a completely renovated Liberty building. It is made up of 15 apartments on four floors linked by a lift. All apartments have a balcony or a porch with table and chairs that overlook on the square of the harbour. The heated indoor pool and the hydro massage mean you can enjoy a swim all year round. Santa Cecilia is 10 meters away from the pedestrian area where you can find little shops, cafes and restaurants. The "Verdi" theatre is 20 meters far. The closest public beach is 100 meters away, the closest private beach (Beach and Restaurant "il Bucaniere") is 200 meters away from apartmenthotel Santa Cecilia
On the outdoor terrace you can relax on chairs, sun loungers or deckchairs.
A rich breakfast, served in the apartment or in the outdoor lounge is prepared with organic products of Podere l'Agave (jams, cold meats, oil, fruits and vegetables) and the best products of the our area (cakes, cheeses, honey, bread, focaccia, yoghurt eggs, cereal and croissants.)

The summer which sees the beach animated by umbrellas and sun loungers.
The autumn, season which still gives us beautiful weather and the feeling of stealing heat and sun tans from the winter that awaits in the cities. The perfect weather for walks in the forest and in the natural parks surrounded by the warm colours of the undergrowth. The season for just pressed oil, porcini mushrooms, berries, strawberry trees...
The winter which is never harsh because it is made milder by the sea cossets the guests and allows long walks on the beach collecting shells and "fragments" of history brought by the wind and the waves. It is even more pleasant to use our indoor heated pool in winter, immersed in the water and soothed by the sound of the north wind and the pattering rain.
The spring with its ever lengthening days which invite us to take short breaks.
Each season is ideal for organising trips on horseback, by bicycles or with boats, visiting many places steeped in history which surround the residence or participating in the many festivals organised by nearby communities.

All apartments and suites have a balcony or terrace with the view of the port square.
It is nice every evening relax in the balcony with wonderful sunset view, wine from Etruscan coast and the best cold cuts and cheese of this region.
