Santa Cecilia – Weekly prices 2010 (euro) – arrival and departure flexible

Weekly prices include electricity, water, gas, heating, towels and bed linen and the final cleaning, laundry, use of the indoor heated swimming pool, Broadband connection.
The prices are for two people in the studio apartment, for three people in the two room apartment and for four people in the three room apartment. there is no charge for children younger than two who sleep in the beds already present in the apartment. In the studio apartment it is possible to add one bed and in the three room apartment two beds.
The change of towels and bed linen takes place once a week. The day of arrival and departure are flexible. The cost for stays longer than a week = weekly price / 7 x no. of nights

How to book for weekly bookings 40% in advance to be paid on booking, the rest on arrival
Cancellations. For cancellations which take place
- up to 30 days before arrival: total refund of the advance after expenses.
- from 30 to 20 days before arrival: refund of 50% of the advance after expenses.
- from 20 to 7 days before arrival: refund of 20% of the advance after expenses.
- from 7 to 2 days before arrival: the advance will not be refunded
- from 2 days before arrival and for not turning up: a further 40% will be deducted of the total amount

The daily prices include electricity, water, gas, heating, laundry, use of the indoor heated pool, towels and bed linen for 2 people studio, three people two room apartment, four people three room apartment, daily change of towels and every second day for bed linen, daily tidy of room, bathroom courtesy set, indoor parking.
There is no charge for children younger than two who sleep in the beds already present in the apartment.

Cancellations For cancellations which take place
- up to 20 days before arrival: no deduction
- from 20 to 10 days before arrival: deduction of 20% of the cost of the room
- from 10 to 2 days before arrival: deduction of the cost of the first night
- from 2 days before arrival and for not turning up: deduction of the total sum

Late check in (after 20.00) 20% of the daily cost of the room.
Departure time: by 10.00
Late check out: by 14.00 40% of the daily cost of the room
