The Santa Cecilia residence was born thanks to the recovery of the building which was constructed in the 20s and used as a nursery until the 80s, then completely renovated in 2004 respecting and enhancing the existing structure.
It is made up of 15 welcoming and functional apartments on four floors, created as large suites in which our guests can enjoy all the facilities of a hotel in an atmosphere equipped with all the comforts of home.
It is situated in the piazza of the new port of San Vincenzo, twenty metres from the pedestrian area with its little shops, restaurants and pizzerias, thirty metres from the theatre and two hundred metres from the golden sandy beach.
Each season has its own charm.
The summer which sees the beach animated by umbrellas and sun loungers.
The autumn, season which still gives us beautiful weather and the feeling of stealing heat and sun tans from the winter that awaits in the cities. The perfect weather for walks in the woods and in the natural parks surrounded by the warm colours of the undergrowth. The season for just pressed oil, porcini mushrooms, berries, strawberry trees...
The winter which is never harsh because it is made milder by the sea cossets the guests and allows long walks on the beach collecting shells and “fragments” of history brought by the wind and the waves. It is even more pleasant to use our indoor heated pool in winter, immersed in the water and soothed by the sound of the north wind and the pattering rain.
The spring with its ever lengthening days which invite us to take short breaks.
Each season is ideal for organising trips on horseback, on bicycles or in boats, visiting the many places steeped in history which surround the residence or participating in the many festivals organised by nearby communities.

All the apartments have a balcony, a terrace or an outdoor space which faces the piazza of the new port and the sea.
Every evening you can enjoy the spectacle of the sun setting over the sea from your terrace or from the communal terrace, sipping the excellent wine produced in the Etruscan Coast and tasting the cold meats and the cheeses selected from among the best of the area. |
